It was good seeing so many familiar faces at PSCS this month and having the chance to spend real time together.
Our happy hour was a great reminder of how valuable these events are for staying connected across the industry. Thanks to everyone who joined us.
We also hosted a PCTEL training the day before PSCS, bringing together attendees for a full day of hands-on learning, product discussion, and technical collaboration.
We appreciate everyone who took the time to attend and contribute to the discussion.

We’re excited to share that Dillon Carlson, ISME, recently completed Taara training in San Jose and received certification, and Castle Rock Microwave is now an official Taara partner.
This is a really interesting fit for the type of connectivity and backhaul work we support, especially for hard-to-reach sites and infrastructure where traditional deployment can be challenging.
The training gave our team a much deeper understanding of the technology, including installation, alignment, path planning, and where these solutions make the most sense for customers.

Meet Sam Kane, Safety Coordinator and Implementation SME at Castle Rock Microwave!
Sam brings a strong background in both tower construction and data center construction and has been working in the industry since 2012. Since joining our team, he’s played an important role across a wide range of projects, supporting everything from surveys, documentation, and research to installations, quality control, and scheduling.
In addition to managing project work, Sam has become a true leader when it comes to project safety. Safety is a critical part of the work we do every day, both for our team in the field and for the clients we support, and Sam has helped build a culture where that commitment stays front and center.
Whether it’s on-site procedures, project planning, or day-to-day accountability, Sam consistently helps ensure safety remains a priority across the organization. We’ve had customers and industry contacts specifically comment on how impressed they are with our focus on safety, and a lot of that is thanks to Sam’s leadership and dedication.
We’re grateful to have him on the team and appreciate everything he brings to Castle Rock Microwave.

We’re excited to share that we have officially been named an Aviat Networks Premier Authorized Partner.
