Please join us in welcoming Charlie Gilmore to the Castle Rock Microwave team as an Operations Engineer, bringing more than 18 years of experience in public safety communications, RF systems, microwave networking, and critical infrastructure support.
Prior to joining CRM, Charlie served with the Lewis and Clark County Sheriff’s Office in Montana, where he managed and supported large-scale public safety radio systems, microwave networks, dispatch infrastructure, and communications projects across a statewide footprint.
His experience includes system design, project management, installation, troubleshooting, acceptance testing, and technical documentation.
Charlie enjoys bridging the gap between engineering concepts and real-world implementation, helping turn customer requirements into reliable, field-ready solutions.
He is passionate about continuous learning, problem-solving, and supporting teams in delivering successful projects.
Outside of work, Charlie enjoys astrophotography, music, aviation, falconry, and spending time outdoors with family.
